Draft NSW heritage design guide released
The Heritage Council of NSW, in partnership with the NSW Government Architect, has released a draft design guide intended to assist heritage industry professionals, heritage owners, urban planners and developers to manage heritage design works.
The publication is part of the NSW Government Architect’s ‘Better Placed’ suite of documents, which was developed to provide over-arching design policy for NSW.
The partnership with the Office of the Government Architect NSW was intended to ensure best practice outcomes for industry and communities.
The draft Design Guide for Heritage is on public exhibition. Submissions close Friday 17 August 2018.
