The NSW Office of Environment and Heritage and Local Government NSW invite you to provide feedback on the status and needs of your council in adapting to climate change. Feedback is being sought via an online survey.
The survey should take less than 20 minutes to complete, and will help inform future programs and support services for NSW councils responding to and managing climate risks. This latest survey in the series monitors understandings of climate change across local government, any actions and processes to prepare for and respond to impacts, and the ways in which climate information is used by local government practitioners.
A range of professional officers within a council are encouraged to reply to capture the needs of various service areas of local government.
Responses are greatly appreciated and will remain confidential – no individual person or council will be identified in the survey report.
Please complete this survey by Friday 4 May 2018.
If you have any questions or difficulties completing the survey, you can contact Louise Askew, Senior Social Scientist, OEH on 02 9995 6417 or email.
